These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Inspired Iron and Lights LLC. (“Inspired Iron and Lights,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Made-to-order products
Every fixture we sell is hand-forged after you order it. Because each piece is made by hand, small variations in shape, texture, and finish are normal and are part of the character of handwork. They are not defects. Product photos and finish swatches show representative pieces, and your fixture may look slightly different.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or an option we cannot build. If we cancel, we will refund any amount you paid.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, options, and availability can change without notice, but changes will not affect an order we have already confirmed. Sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payment is due in full when you order unless we agree otherwise in writing, such as for a custom quote.
Custom pieces and quotes
For custom sizes or designs, we will send a written quote describing the piece, finish, price, and any deposit. Production starts once you approve the quote and pay. Drawings, sketches, and photos we prepare stay our property, and you may not use them to have the piece made elsewhere.
Production timeline
We confirm your production timeline by email after checkout. Any timeline we give is our best estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Hand forging can take longer than expected, and we will let you know if your timeline changes.
Sizing
We offer sizing guidance and will double-check the scale of your order before we forge, but you are responsible for confirming that the size, options, and finish you choose fit your space.
Shipping, cancellations, and returns
Shipping, cancellations, returns, and damage claims are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these Terms.
Installation and safety
Fixtures ship wired with a canopy and mounting hardware. We strongly recommend installation by a licensed electrician, following local building and electrical codes. Use bulbs within the wattage rating of your fixture. Outdoor pieces are finished for exterior use but last longest under a covered porch or eave. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper installation, modification, or use of a fixture.
Warranty
We stand behind our work. If your fixture has a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us, and we will work with you to repair or replace it. Normal wear, weathering of finishes, natural patina, and damage from installation, misuse, or modification are not covered. Except as stated here or required by law, products are sold “as is,” without other warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

All content on this site, including photos, designs, text, and logos, belongs to Inspired Iron and Lights or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
